Scott Consulting Partners is an expansion of Scott Consulting Partners, which was founded in 1999 by Sheryl Scott. Ms. Scott has a Masters degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and almost 20 years of experience working with diverse communities. Ms. Scott has made dozens of presentations at public health and evaluation conferences in the United States and Puerto Rico. She has been an active member of the American Public Health Association since 1988, and of the American Evaluation Association and the Society for Public Health Education since 1998.
Scott Consulting Partners also collaborates with Leigh Welper, a database and software designer who has developed numerous creative and user friendly tools that help programs evaluate their strengths and address their challenges. She has the capacity to bring even the most “data-resistant” agencies into the fold of using data for program improvement.
Scott Consulting Partners also draws on a network of talented associates who specialize in curriculum development, technical assistance, cultural diversity, policy analysis and participatory research.
